I HAVE A NORTEL MERIDIAN MAIL SERIAL NUMBER 10102847 WITH A LOST KEYCODE CAN ANYONE HELP

WOULD THE KRS USUALLY SHOW THE KEYCODE? SORRY FOR MY IGNORANCE

That is showing you what the keycode unlocks. Wouldn't have the O/S tape would you? might be printed on the front of it.

The tape does not have the keycodes on it. Is there another option with nortel?

yes. you can recover the keycode via the nortel website.. if you have eng access and the switch serial number.. if not, open a tech support case, they will want you to fax them a po on company letterhead.. it's not cheap

You will not see the keycode unless you are the distributor of record. Call the vendor you purchased the latest upgrade from.

Is the mail up and running if so you can get the key codes from the Tools menu I think.
