Please help, I am unable to do anything in my Meridian Mail. My normal keyboard functions are not working anymore and my crt display continues to display the following errors:

INF 2232 ADMIN 06/19/2014 10:21:24 VM:1
DES: VM: Non-user forwarded to VM,E
7B384F:B5B55FB4]

** 1103 ADMIN 06/19/2014 10:24:19 VS L
ACT: Delete some unneeded files on.
DES: VS 2 *WARNING* VOICE VOLUME ALB
5A416}

That is all my display will show and it will not allow me to do any other changes or enter any commands. So, I basically have no access to my Meridian Mail console. I can see those messages and I am in some mode that allows only the keyboard to move a selection on a disabled enabled menu but nothing else.

Thanks for any help

Please help me by providing commands or instructions to reboot the Meridian mail physically and logically. I have a meridian 1 option 51C. Also, if there is a way to check, delete, alter voicemail setting within the PBX to help me with my issues.

Thanks

Try this,,, at the mail screen

Try CTRL + BTB, you should get >> prompt
type KILL 2 at the >> prompt and the system should reboot

If that doesn't work...this one will (always work)

hold down the CTRL key and enter BTB pause half a second then KIL (still holding down the CTRL key)

Thanks, That worked perfectly and I used the first one. Those commands are in my smartbook now. Do you have any input on those two messages I received or what they mean. Thanks for the help with this.

You might need to access the mntce area in Meridian Mail and check out the disk usage. It might be near to full capacity.
Best to clear out any unwanted mailbox's.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Could you please elaborate on what mntce is and how to get to it. Also, Do you know of any manuals that can guide me on checking DN accounts and deleting messages or data from the Dn account. Also, How to delete old stuff from the disk.

Thanks
