Meridian Mail DSP ports Out Of Service

Meridian mail shows DSP port status as out of service. Will not enable. All 24 ports show out of service. Should I replace the MMP40 card. Will this fix the problem? There are no faulty ports and I have rebooted the Meridian Mail several times. Thanks

I believe that is Node 1 card slot 7 MMP40. Replace MMP40.
