Meridian Mail delayed delivery

I have a user who checks his vmail every hour up to 5pm daily (salesperson) and he is complaining that at the end of the day (5pm) he has no vmails. But when the user checks his vmail the next day he finds there are 2 or 3 vmails with time stamps on messages that they were left at 2:45, 3:15 etc, hours before 5pm.

Time on the MMail is correct.

any suggestions

I have has this problem a couple of times. We could not find the acutal problem that caused it for it usually only happened to one user. What I have done is I made sure the user checked his voicemail box and then deleted the VM. I created him a new box and most of the time it took care of the problem.

i'm facing same symptoms in CP 2 ... will try deleting and recreating ...

but it doesnt happen always
