Meridian Mail continual ring no answer

12:08 XXXXX reported ext.1455 (Meridian Mail) just rings and rings. Checked
the printer and saw:

ERR 4019 7629
ERR 4019 7188
CPU 0
HDLC Restarted

12:14 Meridian mail back in service.

Any suggestions to what these errors mean would be great!

err 4019. non user forwarded to mail.. what do you get when you stat the card?

prt the dnb of the acd dn, stat that card, if your in an 11 it's usually card 10

These 2 errors are generated when MerMail tries to turn on a MWI and there is no phone with that DN on key 0.

To make these go away, remove the mailbox number from the MWI DN line in MerMail.
