How do I get into the programming of the Meridian Mail system once I have typed AX after logging into the PBX and reached the Meridian Mail screen? I did a CTRL w and it took me to where I can select Console, Printer, or MMI. Where do I go from here?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

in vmail you have to logon, different logon than PBX side, then it gives options (i.e.)
user admin
system admin
voice admin
hardware admin etc...
(CTRL ]) gets you back to PBX side...
is this what you're looking for?

This applies to remote access, i.e., dialing in with Procomm Plus?

After you type AX and enter, you should be taken to the Mer Mail login screen. If you are using procomm, press F6 to select the logon softkey. Enter the required passwords. You shouldn't have to press CTRL W.

Lgarza:)

The F6 with Procomm Plus does not do anything.

If you use Procomm plus try press F1 . You terminal emulation should be in VT220.
You must have the file MMail.kbd or *.kbd in your PC , this file make working the softkey.

How do I get the .kbd file?

If you want send me your email and then I send you the file .

I sending now this file !

Tell me if this helps you .
