Meridian Mail 13.13 won't answer

Just installed. Booted up with no apparent problems. Added mailboxes, menus, announcements, etc. no problem. Voice services DN table is set correctly, with valid DN's. Six port 10 hour system. Daughterboard is installed on the XXXX16 card. Acts normal, just won't answer calls. Rebooted once for a fresh take, no difference, won't answer. If the NCFW on ACD Q 7000 (the vmail ACD queue) is set to 0 calls go to operator. If no NCFW is set calls just ring open. Note that Prompt Maintenance and Express Messaging were actually answering briefly, but then quit. Now no answer at all.

And if they are, verify the ACD queue of the ports has ALOG set to YES.


 
Thanks to both of you for the quick response. This is a long standing site where the old hard drive failed. It is simply a reinstall of the Meridian Mail software to a new drive. Note that the Card was also swapped out at the same time and the daughter board moved from the old card to the new card.

So - the pre-existing pbx side of the interface has not changed and seems to be working finr: the agents are logged in, ALOG is set to yes, none of that has changed.

At this time I am thinking of moving the hard drive and daughterboard back to the original card just to reduce the number of variables. There was no reason, so far at least, to think there were any problems with the original card and daughterboard.

Thanks again for the quick response. This has become extremely frustrating for all concerned and I need to get it back out of the 'ditch' and onto the road again!
