Meridian M3903 Softkeys

I am new to this phone and I have a user who is wanting to set the bottom soft keys for particular functions. I have reviewed all of the standard documentation and I have not found any material to help me understand how to accomplish this.

Any ideas and or websites that I can go read, research, etc that will help me understand how to program the M3903 softkeys?

20 thru 22 rng again,call prk, rnp
23 can be - speed call, sys sc,speed controller, sys speed controller, 24 priv rls, 25 chg account

Thx for the quick reply but I am confused. There are 4 buttons at the bottom of the phone that appear to be softkeys. The user is telling me that she used to be able to resequence the order of those softkeys. Does that sound correct? She says that she used to use the shift key somehow to accomplish that?

yes/no wether you are on-off hook will chg their function. Shift will change the upper keys 0,2 on right
1,3 on left. so a shift is 2 & 3 from right over to left one.

She is wanting to resequence the current buttons that she has showing on the softkeys at the bottom. So for instance right now call park appears to be on the second set of key assignments (shift) and she wants that assigned to the 2nd button from the left on the softkeys without having to do the shift.

In other words 2nd button from left on primary softkey assigment would be call park.

Basically she wants to be able to assign certain functions from their current softkey assignment to a different softkey assignment.

I don't believe shift is a function of those bottom keys, but on-hook off-hook. The functions I listed are not optional, but what is to be on those keys.

You cant have Call park on a softkey and those key are preset and can't be changed.
