Meridian KSU and ATA unit

I've just installed an ATA unit but I'm having problems getting to an outside line. I have the line pool feature set to the number 9 but I can't use it for digital or the analog adapter. When I use intercom on a digital handset it just gives me a restriction error.

Any Suggestions?

Since this system is a KSU, you might want to try posting this question in the Norstar forum. Most of the folks in this arena work on the Option series PBX's. I am sure there are people here that can help, but you would hit a much more targeted audience in the Norstar forum (Good luck).
