Meridian>Cisco over PRI losing CLID on transfer

An example.. An call (ext or int) is transfered from a meridian phone to a Call manager phone. The meridians number is presented during the "conference" stage but when the transfer is completed the meridian number stays.

I have tried tracing the PRI to the cisco system, where it shows as...

As you can see in the last section the Calling numbers disappears rather than changing to that of the originator. Any clues, pointers (or even complete solutions ;0) gratefully received

if you call the transfered-to station direct, does it receive clid from the same office? if so does it receive exten no. and/or name if you transfer am internal call?

All names and number passing between the two systems are fine apart from when Transfering.
 
check your rdr data in the pbx. your switch is dropping if i read your printout correctly.. are you running qsig?

Yes, Q-Sig. Thanks for the pointer, I will check over the RDR_DATA, is there anything in particular I should be looking for??
 
i would look up the options for rdr. might not be the answer but a good place to start. the switch always does what we tell it to. sometimes i have to tell mine several times..
