i think someone here or a group of people need to compile a book containing all the dum dum questions asked here... i'll be the first one to buy it

i mean yea...i feel dumb when we have to pay some guy $500 bucks to come out and add a "display queue" button on someone's phone or something else, and he does it in like two seconds flat... why cant this be simple ::arg:: hah

I'd like to see a reference document/manual of some sort that tells you, If you want to do... see Ld XX, with better explanations of what is required to build a phone or CDP or whatever you are trying to do.

the software features guide is very close to just that, it tells you all loads and prompts for any feature you need to add or change.. the nortel web site will give you a soft copy after you register.. they tried to make this switch so flexible that it's hard to bend the rules.. any simple change you need can be answered in this forum. anytime i have to learn a new switch it's like starting over.. i think nortel was about my 14th with no command being common between any switch
