Meridian CAP 48 Not working - Please help!

Hello!

This is my first post. I have just installed an M7324 phone with a CAP 48. I am using a 6-conductor telephone cord for both connections. The phone and CAP are on a 6x16 Non-DS DR2 System.
The phone is working, but the CAP is not. Is this unit compatible? Please help me out if you have some time.
