Meridian Call Park Across TIE

We currently have Meridian call park zones 71 thru 79.

There is a IP PBX on premise tied in via T1 tie line.

What needs to be programmed on M1 side to enable the TIE access to the parked call?

you need a ISDN T1 link with IP-PBX for Call Park Network Wide feature work.

There is an ISDN/PRI T1 between the two switches. Is this a special feature package I need? Either way, can you point me to where I can find the programming?
