Can the 2616CT function as an ACD wireless phone?

I don't see why it wouldn't.Build it and find out.I heard that those phones have been discontinued.I have 3 of them here and can was told they can not be sent back for repair.If anyone can confirm that they have been discontinued or where I can get them fixed let me know.

I have already programmed the phone as an acd phone, but I am not getting dialtone on key 0 (ACD) key 1 (DN) is working properly. Any ideas why?

to answer your question about repairing the 2616CT: i had a vendor and i am verifying that they still do repairs on these phones. I will let you know what I find out.

As acewarlock said you only rec ACD calls on key 0. You will NEVER get dialtone on key 0 of an ACD set
