Meridian 11c Keycodes

Hi, a customer has a Meridian 11c rls 25.30, The PBX software is corrupted it shows the message Bad Reason Data" at the startup, The problem is that can't use the FBUG procedure and reinstall the software because The customer doesn't has the Keycodes? If I post the PBX ID can someone please download the keycodes?
 
Don't think they're available any more, I may be wrong though. If you can do FBUG can you log into PDT before the sl1 starts & strip out the keycode that way??

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

It's still possible to get some of the site ID information via Avaya's KRS system but not the actual keycodes unless you are one of the partners associated with that site ID.

What I would do is to boot it up and do "Ctrl" I to get to the install menu, then go to "3" and I think another on to list out the installation summary. This will tell you a fair bit of information on packages and licenses etc.

Also look around the system for any old Nortel keycode sheets. Some engineers used to leave them in the tray in the cabinet.

Thanks for your answers, I dont have access to Avaya's KRS, The pbx was selled by another partner.
 
I'd still try accessing it via PDT at the earliest point following a restart (before it tries loading/ starting SL1 services) I did it once before years ago & sure I managed to get out of jail

Hi phones1, Please, Do you have the procedure to get the keycodes using PDT?
 
If you have the TID I can look at KRS but like Firebird says you have to be associated with the site to download, but i can see whats there.

Thanks,I think to see keycodes have to be an user from Avaya with more permission on KRS
 
I have KRS permissions but we aren't the Vendor of record so it is hidden
 
I am the same just view. If you have KRS access you can open a keycode access request (DOR) to get it associated with your login. When I have done it in the past normally done in 24-48 hours
 
I thought on an Option 11C, you can just do an SLT and at the bottom it will provide you with the keycodes you need to enter when rebuilding. You should also make note of the license limits as you will need to change those when reloading as well.
