Meridian 1 to Televantage 5 via ITG

We have a few Meridian 1's hooked up over a MAN connection using ITG cards. These are working fine(ish).

However we are now installing a Televantage PBX server and are trying to look at hooking up this to the Meridian using the WAN as an IP trunk between the two devices, as if it were another Meridian.
Is this actually possible and if so, does anyone have any idea how to get the two to talk to each other so that a call placed on the TelePBX can talk to a phone on the Meridian and vice versa?
Sorry if this seems a bit vague, it's really all the info I have to go on at the moment.

yes it can be done, make sure codex and all other prems are equal, if you can post the itg trunk parms for each end i can help you fix the prob

Thanks for the offer John, if and when I get the info I'll pass it on. I've just heard that we've bounced it back to out T/V supplier as apparently they said they could do it, when they supplied it.

working with the guy from T/V. How do we find out what signalling and codecs are set up on the Meridian's ITG?

you've got a db9 connector on the face plate of that card, if not it's a dim style that takes a nortel cable. the set up if it's has not been modified is b8zs esf
