Meridian 1 Option 11 help 1

Im after a definitive list of conmmands and descriptions of Types and so on for the Meridian 1 Option 11 System. I have just been given the task of learning this system, Unfortunatley we have very little documentation. I looked at pbxinfo.com and got as much info as possible. Any help would be greatful

I know how you feel..I was given an old ROLM system to do the same on. Now we have an Option 11c. All the books were left on site when the change over was done. What I mean by all.. is about 5, 500+ page books. Some of these are not really needed..ie...planning and installation, maint, ect. But you definately need the System Messages and Administration Books. (two of each) I can't remember what load, but you can tell what the err codes are by typing in err err**** (**** being the numerical error given) I can give you some help on the basic commands.

Check out PhoneWare. They make PhoneMaster. You can do almost any change with this software and it is not over priced. They are located in Ireland but have web site and 800 number. Great tech support.
