Hi all,

I have a few questions.

Is there any good sites with information about programing an option 11 ?

Also is there any site with information about Password recovery / System reload?

I have an option 11 I want to configure for my LAB. I can do all the basic moves adds and changes but the routing and setting up PRI / Exchanges lines is new to me.

Any help would be great.

try a keyword search on this site, it's about the most detailed going. if you have the original software and keycodes you can install the system new and default the passwords

Sorry for the silly questions but how do you load the software onto the switch?

connect to TTY 0, go into LD 143 and type upgrade.

After the upgrade command you get a menu. In that menu there is an item called Utilities or something like that.

When you select that item you get a new menu and there should be someting like installation history.

When you select that option you get the complete keycode history of the switch, including the last one you will need to reinstall the software.
