I have a word document that is going to be revised by 4 different people. I would like the revisions of each author to be a different color, and have all the revisions in one document. I can succ. merge the revisions into one document, however all the revisions are the same color bc Word thinks they are from the same author. I have changed the author under the properties of each revised document and used "by author" under track changes. Any suggestions?
