We have a user that had his OS crash. We receive instructions from Goldmine on how to retrieve the files and resync them back into the system. HOWEVER, since this is a remote user that syncs every week or so , most of the information is already in our Goldmine server and we're really only doing this to bring back the information that was lost between his last sync and the day of the crash. If we resync ALL of his information back into the system, will we be creating mass duplicate information? Or will things simply be overwritten? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Merging Duplicate Contacts???

Sync will not duplicate contacts between remote users and server. only sync with plam pilots cause duplicate records.
