Report has two groups
Group A Region
Group B City

Group A Region results:
Region 0
Region 1
Region 2
Region 3

Want to merge Group A results when they are "0" or"1" as "Region 0"; all other Group A results remain broken out as they are.

Thanks!

Do a formula field, something like
Code:
if {region} in [0, 1] then 0
else {region}

Thanks, Madawc, that's how I'd approach it, too!

I'm wondering how to do it within the group select expert as an alternative.

No biggie. Appreciate your feedback.

I think the formula approach is best but, if you insist, you can go to the Group Expert, Options, and change 'In Ascending Order' to 'In Specified Order' and customize group names and values.
