Merge causing reboot on 2.1(78)

Has anyone else experienced a merge config actually performing a reboot on software version 2.1(78) ?

yes we have a site using v2.1 same thing merge config, does immediate reboot, we just work the merges when everyone off phone , dont think there is a fix,

I had this on a 3.1 and it would reboot on every merge. I went in and blew it away thru the DTE then reloaded the same config and it was fixed.

this is a known issue on 3.1 and Avaya claim it will be fixed in the may 3.2 release. i have experienced it on 2.1 also but avaya are not supporting 2.1 after the end of this month and have said try it on 3.0DT
