We recently upgraded to 3.2(17) and now everytime we make any change which should only require a 'merge', all of our phones (4610 and 4620) reboot. The prompt bullet shows 'merge' when we save yet every single time the phones reboot. It seems to be only the phones that reboot and not the system itself as calls in queue remain there but all telephone sets reboot. We are using Office Manager 5.2(17). Anyone have any idea why this would be happening???? Thx

use monitor to see what is happening
did you upgrade the right way ?

Are there any specific filters in monitor that I should set on - we upgraded 'by the book' and everything went fine. They system runs fine but we have just have this one issue with not being able to merge during business hours as all phones reboot - but just the phones.

what phones are you using ?

monitor is best when everything is set default
then you can specify things you want to see

We've experienced that before due to a duplicate IP Line when we upgraded. Make sure there are no duplicates anywhere in the config.

Check the error list if you see any duplications...

try re-install manager.

You do not always get what you pay for, but you never get what you do not pay for.
