Meredian option 11 password reset

We have bough a used meridian option 11 but we don't have the client password. How can we do to reset this password?

You will have to contact your local Nortel Authorized provider or contact Nortel Directly (probably more expensive).

if you have pdt access you can reset the password. or if you have the keycodes you can do a new install and load the default database, and use the default passwords.. if you do not have the rtu, right to use, neither a vendor or nortel will touch it..

PDT access with the dip switch under the one that is being used on the SSC card turned on also, but if you did not go to a global knowledge course or know someone who knows it you will never get it.
