We received Macator with a provisioning application that we purchased from a solutions vendor.

The vendors application documentation left a lot to be desired. On the other hand adaptive engineering for the application came with a hefty fee. Typical revenue security tactics.

So we set out on a project to duplicate the application in house. We have had great sucess in the backend programimg. However we are at a stand still in regard to Mercator maps they created.

Their maps are compiled so I am sure we cannot uncompile them. On can we?. I honestly do not care because we have the business rules to build our own maps.

Does anyone have any direction for me in acquiring documentation to creat our own maps.

I am in an EDI application, what we have done is to have the vendor provided training. The books that they use are more helpful in getting started.

All the documentation comes with the Nercator software.

Just to clarify, do you only have .mmc files or .mms files? Do you have any .bak files?
