Does anyone know if a menu can be built into a personal mailbox? For example, a caller gets someone's personal mailbox greeting and then is presented with the option of leaving a message or pressing one to get to a pre-programmed phone number, pressing two to get to another a pre-programmed phone number, etc, etc, etc.

Thanks
JIM

Hi,

It's possible with app builder not directly in the mailbox

Sounds like you want something like call screening, which I have not been able to figure out if call goes to personal mailbox first. It is something we used a lot in the old Active Voice system, but not been able to configure here....

You should be able to set up an attendant or revert dn, so when a caller hits 0 it will transfer to this number.

Or you could set the number up as a menu and give the options one of them being leave a message.
