Menu does not display at runtime 1

I have placed a menu object on my form that displays during design time but not during run time. I have a couple of menu items and the menu items' visibility is set to true. Also, all menu items are enabled. Any ideas?

This sometimes happens as result of changing the Dock property of one or more controls. I've found that by creating a new blank form and then copying and the code form the troublesome form (most times) works.

I found the same thing 2 days ago. I just re-created my form from scratch.

It's one of those beautiful MS designer flaws.
