I have an Octel 350 and I'm pulling down info on mailboxes in Menu 16 (X-Modem) but it's indecipherable garbage - I searched and found a reference for software (OctelAnalyst?)to convert this information but I can't find it - any one out there (Ken?) have a clue as to where to go?
TIA -

Octel analyst was retired 12 years or so ago. It is an old dBase file formate. I use Octel DecisionPro to read the files. And you can't get Dpro any longer as well.

What is it you are trying to do?

Ken,
I'm migrating over to a Mitel 640 IP system and I'm trying to gather the information off the Octel - my Mitel contact has told me that they have a program they want to test using mailbox information that they can import and then export out to the 640.
The system has been poorly maintained and there is a lot of garbage on it so when I run the mailbox report I get tons of useless information.
I'm in a government situation, so we don't have an ftp site available to upload files. Do you have a secure ftp site where I could download?
Thanks for the quick response, Ken -

We do but i sure do not want to post it on the site. Or you could hire us to download the info and email it to you.
