hi, please help!!
I have upgrade my DELL INSPIRON 8200 laptop from 256Mb with an extra 512Mb, and BIOS accepts it, but then when booting WINDOWS (XP Prof) it says NTFS.sys is missing or corrupt, but then when i take the memory back out, it boots fine! any easy way to sort this ?

ntfs.......thats a file system...perhaps you need to reformat. u can backup data with 256MB, then install the new RAM then reformat.

NOT GUARANTEED - only a suggestion :)
