That's exactly the type of specs you should be shooting for. All 3 describe standard, non-parity memory which is typically found in workstations and home PC's. You can google search each term to find a definition, but rest assured that these are the specs you're looking for.

Not really, but there's no real upside either. Your next motherboard upgrade will likely use either PC3200 or some form of DDR-II SDRAM. Therefore, there's no reason to get anything faster than PC2100 at the present time, unless your CPU's FSB can match it.
