Memory leak w2k TS

This occurs every night about 10-15 times and then the server hangs. No users no load at all.
3 Compaq ProLiant DL360(2 GB memory) in a Metaframe XP farm. Win2k sp2, MF XP sp2.
This happens in 2 of them!!!!
Anyone??

Please provide more info..

It could be a hanging backup job for example.

Have you tried installing sp3?

Have you quota activated?
Did you check your virtual memeory size? On 2GB, by default will be a huge file!

Sorry about the delay. We have made some tests.

The servers are named #24,#25 and #31. #25 runs perfect with sp2. #31 has sp3 and #24 sp2 but for some reason it had autoupdate turned on so it installed some hotfixes by itself! I uninst all hotfixes so it should be running a clean sp2.
Last night I ran perform logs on all servers. At 03:00 #24 and #31 shoked, processor util jumped to 100% and available memory went down to almost 0, and they hang completely.
There are no sched task of any kind, no backups are taken on the servers, pagefiles are on a seperate disc(13G, 8 G free).
There is som strange thing thow. The object Process in Perfmon is missing in #24 and 31!
