Can someone tell me if there's a memory battery that should hold programing on this model. Also is it the battery on board marked "BT1"? I would like to know where to buy batteries for these units on a wholesale basis. Thanks as always for the help this forum provides.[THUMBSUP]

Memory Battery on 206 R 2.0

There are several batteries, the one for 206s (2 solder legs) only works for 206s. The one for Partner +/II CPUs (3 solder legs) only works for CPUs. The battery for 206s works for all 206s, without regard to revision number. Pretty much the same for all replacement batteries. The only change I've ever seen was the choice of NiMH vs. NiCad at the "better" battery stores. For the majority of us, it's only price and availability that matter.
