Memo Field not printing all data when going across multiple pages

I have a memo field (SQL database) in which appears something like this:

Location 2 – 123 N. North St., Anytown ID 83703
Blanket Building - $xxxxx

Location 3 – 234 N. North St., Anytown ID 83703
Blanket Building - $xxxxx

Each location contains 3 lines – including the blank line between locations. Currently I have 1 record contains 62 locations - which means it contains 186 lines of data.

When printing it skips from location 26 – 58. It looks like it is missing 1 page.

Here is what is printing:
Page 1
1.5" text
locations 2-25

Page 2
locations 59-62

I am missing locations 26-58

Here is the format I have on this field: Close Border on Page Break and Can Grow.

Earlier I had Keep Object Together selected - but only got first page of text)

What can be done to get the middle portion of this field to print? When working correctly I should have 3 pages for this 1 record.

What version of CR are you using. I have read about truncating memo fields being fixed in the recent hot-fix, but not losing the middle.

Here is one test. If you change from Portrait to Landscape (or vice versa), does it print different locations from the memo, or the same locations on a different parts of the page? Thank you for your reponse. I am useing version 8.5.

Portrate to landscape does not make a difference, nor does moving this into a different area.

Not sure if it makes a difference. This is in a subsection & in it's own detail section (details ab).

This is a report that is printed multiple times a day - only when the field contains this much data does it seem to be a problem.

You changed from portrait to landscape and you are still missing the same exact locations (26-58)? And pages 1 and 2 have the same exact location numbers as they do in Portrait?
I am surprised that these locations fit exactly the same on the page in landscape, since there is less room.
