Memo Field Data

Hi All,

IF you can please help in this,

Crystal Report 10.0.0.568
Oarcle 9i
Connection :ODBC (System DSN)

We have Memo field,I just wanted display as it is.I can see
in SQL Plus editor 'Automatic generated 899.999 for Inv99..." somthing like this,

In Crystal i can see only 'Au'

Please let em know if you have any solutions,

Make sure that you make the field large enough, and format it to CAN GROW by right clicking it and selecting format field.

Also make sure that you use the proper Oracle connectivity, if using ODBC, use the Crystal supplied ODBC rather than the Oracle supplied ODBC driver.

You'll find faster results using the native connectivity though.

- where it gives a fairly picture of how to be sure that there is a Crystal ODBC driver installed. It worked just fine.

Using a Crystal ODBC driver is better than using the Oracle ODBC driver, however it is less desirable than native connectivity, you should use the Native connectivy for Oracle whenever possible.
