(we have MIVB 8, MiCollab, MiContact)

What do I need / what kind of lic's, to setup a dialin option for external people, to join an audio conference?

- The internal user will setup the conference
- It's for ocasional use
- upto (10/ (20?) users
- with a pin
- email to all participants is a nice to have, but not needed.

You have MiCollab, Use the Audio Conference Portal.

MiCollab has licenses associated with it for Audio Conferencing. If the audio conferencing is configured it would be much easier than meet-me conferencing. By default, you get 10 ports with one standard or premium UCC Bundle. Then you get another port for each 10 additional UCC Standard licenses.

You will have to set up the SIP Ports for conferencing and add them to a hunt group. Not much to set it up. Audio and Web Conference will have a PIN and can integrate with email to send the invite.

I.e. 20 users = 11 ports, etc?
At the moment I have only the default/ minimum of users at micollab.
so a 10 user lic.

Does that mean I can create the hunt group to micollab and use a conference with max 10 people, without extra licenses?

The system would have been allocated with the equivalent IP User Licenses for the AWC

If you have not used them for other purposes than they can be used for AWC
