The pb is , if no body attend the meeting within the first 30 minutes the meeting ends ( become closed) automatically
does any one know this pb ?
Thanks .

To go administrator page

System Configuration ----> Meeting Configuration----->

Meeting ID end guard time

change the time here. Also there is a way to start the meeting by call the server.

Stay cool; it’s not over yet!

Hi wavesg ,
thank u for your help .
But i changed the Meeting ID end guard time to 240 minutes
but the pb still .
when no body joins the meeting within the first 30 minutes , it ends automatically
this is a print out :
11/24/2009, 2:58 PM afff Administrator Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express 3 hrs 112233 Ended

how long do you need to have the meeting open for before the system deletes it?

Stay cool; it’s not over yet!

ok , we have a meeting scheduled from (for example) 2:00 pm to last 3hours , the first invitees wants to enter at 2h40 pm but find the meeting ended at 2h30 .
So how can we make the meeting open even if no body has assisted witin the first 30 hours

I don't think that's an option to leave it open for that long. You can assign a genetic profile so users can dial in when ready. The meeting Id will be the same and all you need is for one user to join so the meeting can be initiated.

Stay cool; it’s not over yet!
