Meeting issue

Single site E2K Server w/ spk 3

When users setup a meeting to a Distribution Group the system sends a meeting request to a user who's no longer a member of the group. I've checked the group and users membership and they do not overlap with any of the available groups. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any ideas on what I can do fix/workaround this issue?

I had this problem with a certain secretary receiving meeting requests for someone she no longer worked for. I removed her delegate rights from his mailbox in Outlook, and she stopped receiving them.
