Meet Me Issue!

Hello, I'm trying to set up a meet me conference so user can join the meeting using a cell phone or home number, I have the meet me setup and works internally, I set up a translation pattern with the DID that users would dial from outside translating to the meet me number. So I start the conference internally with no problem, but when I dial the number from outside I hear a message saying;" line are temporary busy please try later" any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

What do you get when you dial the Translation Pattern from an inside IP phone? Almost sounds like a Transcoding problem.

Hi, thank you for the reply, if i dial using an inside ip phone i get a message saying :"we are sorry , your call did not go Through" thanks.

Make sure your Phone's CSS includes the Partition that the Translation Pattern resides in. If it's not there, put it there at least temporarily for testing.

Once you get it working Internally, then start testing from the External phone.

Hello, my issue was that the translation pattern was setup with the whole numer XXX-XXX-XXXX, i changed it using only the last 4 and its working.thanks Pndscm.
