Meet me conference

Anyone having issues with meet me on R6.0.8. I have a 2 site SCN and everything is working. On my remote site we have SIP trunks coming in and they ring local and cover to the remote VM. all of that works fine. When i direct a DID to the VM and have a PIN check and then transfer back it hangs up on me. even when i take the DID and send it to a short code for conf meet me it hangs up on me immediately. In monitor is shows ConferenceRendezvous and then says NO initial targets: ??

let me know if anyone has seen this before.
