I am having problems with a medpro on a remote location
TN2302AP
vintage HW11 FW055

every other week it just stop responding and i have to busy out and release the medpro
I still cannot find out why is doing this

First thing to do is to update the firmware on the MedPro. The most current release is FW104 (05/25/05). The link below will take you to the Avaya firmware download site. Instructions for doing the upgrade are thereas well.

Hello, New to this board. First post.

I would try upgrading the firmware. That may not solve the problem, but I would start there.
