MedPro TN2302 configuration in G3 si

Hi,

I have G3 Si PBX and am trying to configure MedPro card TN 2302 in that. I have assigned ip address for both C-LAn and Medpro card and am able to ping C-Lan ip from the CM as well my cisco switch but am unable ping ping MedPro IP from CM & switch. Can any one help me to fix this issue and it would be grealty appericiated. Please find the below details.

Make sure you have the correct adapter on the back of the TN2302. You should see link lights on the TN2302 if you have network connectivity.
 
Thanks for your swift response. The link lights are in green but no action on TRMT and RCV and i have connected with correct adopter
 
Its connected with cisco switch with 100mbs/full duplex. Both C-lan and MedPro connected on the same switch.

1B17 has the same default gateway as the 1B16 medpro

1A04 clan has a different default gateway

Can you ping 1B16 and 1B17 from the network switch 10.101.2.251

FAIL shows no ping response from 1A04 Default Gateway 10.101.2.1 (most likely a direct connect with a crossover cable)

I can ping 01b17 (10.101.2.22) from my switch (10.101.2.251) but couldn't ping 01b16 (medpro 10.101.2.33). I have connected 01b16 & 01b17 to network switch through straight cable. Board 01a04 for Avaya Site Administraton.

Thanks bsh. When i connected the medpro to my switch then only the Link and 100bt lights are in green but at the same time on the switch the port is down. Is there any connectivity issue and i am using the 50 pin connector and following pin details for RJ 45 .

try the adapter on your clan. put it on the medpro. take the one from the medpro and put it on the clan.

I have tried that, when i changed the c-lan adapter to medpro the link & 100bt lights goes off and red (alarm) is comes on. C-lan is down when connected with medpro adapter.



 
i have only one MedPro card. The MedPro card adapter has 9pin serial and RJ 45, whats the use of the serial pin. Can you please.

What software version on the PBX? Try setting your network switch port to 10M/full or even 10M/half duplex. Older software did not have a place to set speed to 100M.

If I changed the switch settings to 10M/half & 10M/full the Red light is on, and if its in 100M/full the link and & 100bT lights are on (green red goes off and the port on the network switch is down. what could be the issue.
