We are getting garble on the line with some calls out of one of our port-networks. There are 2 MedPro's involved lets say 24A14 and 24B14. When we do a list trace or a status station 24A calls seem to be working fine but we cant isolate the problem to 24B. Could the MedPro cause this type of loss to call quality.

Thanks

It is possible. Check the speed/duplect of the medpro's and verify they are not set to or running and half duplex. The garbled sounds more like network to me but if your running half duplex it's more likely that yu will see these kinds of issues.

A very wise and well respected man once told me "Shut Up!".

Can you flip flop the boards to see if the problem follows the board. Like Simreal said, make sure the MedPro and the data switch ports are set to 100/Full duplex on both boards.
