Medpro Pings Problems

hi, i am having a problem with a Medpro
every call trought that medpro is a mute call
have test the board and here is the result
i already check on the book but all it says that there is a ping error, im not able to ping that medpro it fails
any help?

Hi,
I saw a similar fault today, is the relevant network region assigned a V-Lan, if so is it set up in your data network?
