Hey all quick question, we had an issue here today where an exorbitant amount of calls came in today and tied up all of our MEDPRO DSPs, however there were quite the number available in the G450's when "show voip-dsp" command was executed.
Majority of the calls came in on a G860 with CLANs connected to the Port-Networks. Now I know that since the calls are originating in the port networks, they would use the closest resources available, hence the MEDPRO DSPs occupancy, however we had major call issues and the G450 DSPs were unpopulated. Is there somewhere we can span the queued up calls to the use the DSPs of the G450s as well as the medpros in the G650s?
All G450s are in Port Network 1 as well as the MEDPROs
Thanks in advance!
