Medley Voice Mail Problem 1

We have a Executone Medley system but no manuals. One extention's voice mail always forwards to the front desk voice mail. Any ideas on why and how to fix? Thanks in advance.
 
The manual for that system is available on CD from a number of authorized re-sellers of the Intertel manuals. Intertel bought Executone and, even though they will offr no support of any kind for the Executone line, they want a cut on any manual sales. you can visit if you want one.
 
Got the manual. Looks like function 31 will address my problem. Now I have realized that the company that installed the system changed the Installers password to something other than 789 althought the Admin password is still the default. Unfortunately the company is now out of business. Is there anyway to reset the password?
 
unless somebody knows a backdoor you will probably have to Default the system and reprogram
 
if you can find some of the tech's that used to work for that company they might remember the password. Call around to the vendors in your area.

alternatively try some of the obvious passwords like that companies name (in numbers) or either their or your phone numbers as passwords.

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.

If you want to default the system I believe you just unplug the power 5 times in quick succession and it will reinitialize the system. That is just a guess because I know the medley is just an ESI Original IVX with a differnt name on the plate.
