Mediatrix 2102

used Mediatrix 2102sip gateway on mitel 3300 software level 8ur 5 and works fine ,upgraded to version 9 ur 1 and mediatrix ports goes into busy mode . Have to de program and reprog to get working .Does anybody knows if there is a resolution or fix .

have also seen this. not sure why it's happening though....only way to fix is to de-program and re program, but it's short term cause it happens all over again after a while

I have had this as well. Not just with Mediatrix unit but with a Sip Trunk connection to a LCR connection.

Do we know if the same is happening on Version 9 ur2?

Problem for mediatrix was solved in ver 9 ur 2

I've got a site with a Mitel 3300 on 9.0.1.17 and have a remote site with a MediaTrix 1204.
Inbound calls are fine, we're having an issue with outbound calls.

Do you know if the resolution in the V9 UR 2 was it a known Mitel issue or did it just fix the problem that you had?

I just finished getting a mediatrix 1204 configured, and I tell ya, If you go by mitel's guide, you'll never get there. I have been kinda dissapointed with the last 2 interop documents being about 80-90 percent complete. Are you guys using the Unit Manager Network software to configure the unit? Mitel's knowledgebase docs say to use unit manager express, but the snmp interface is so confusing because there is oh only about 1500 different areas to configure there. My outbound calling seems to work perfect without really changing anything on the unit. I had to find the fxoifans area of the unit to changed the caller ID wait timer but thats about it. The thing still takes close to a good ring and a half before it actually rings the set but otherwise it seems ok.
