Media5-fone sip app for apple products

anyone have any experience, good or bad, using this app with communication manager? we are looking at having a sip enabled app on some ipods so they can be used to make phone calls via our comm manager. we are on version 5.2.1, so the avaya communicator app is not available to us.

or, if anyone has used another product to do this, would be interested to hear about it.

It works ok, I've connected to SES 5.x with CM5.2.1- iPhone ios 8

the problem I have found is, corporate security wants all "Core" servers protected from WIFI/exposed VLAN. If your environment lets you connect without any issues, point your phone settings to the SES/SM server.
