Hi Specialists:
I enrolled by mistake a Media Server 7.7 to a System Manager 7.0. This is a procedure configured from the Media Server Web Console side. After that, I tried to make a "DISENROLL" again from the Media Server Web Console but it didn't work. I tried to reinstall the Media Server (and many other changes) but the Media Server always appears sticky in the "MANAGED ELEMENT" window in System Manager Console and also in the list of available MEDIA SERVERs (there is no option to delete it).

What can I do to delete this enrollment from the System Manager side?

We don't have one but can you not just remove it out the inventory/Manage Elements?

This is me guessing btw but is the media server shutdown so SMGR can't see it or is there pending certificates in the SMGR CA that are stopping the offer of delete. Any scheduled jobs associated with the server etc
