Media Provider Control Manager (MPCM/FLM)
In NICE integrations that use a Forwarding Device or Media Provider Controller (for example,
VRA, VRG, or VRSP), you must install the Media Provider Control Manager (MPCM/FLM). The
Media Provider Control Manager (MPCM/FLM) is an online repository of the recognized Media
Sources (for example, phones) and Forwarding Devices (FDs).
