I have problem with media pool and backup incremental. I have 3 tape in media pool. I would like to incremental backup (Monday Full and the rest day incremental) was made for a week on the same tape, a week after changed to a different media pool. How to set.

media pool and backup incremental

When you set up your backup, on the schedule tab go to Use Rotation Scheme and set up what you want there using GFS rotation. Also go into Options and set the job up to append. You cannot append weekly and incrementals to the same tape. You can append the incrementals for each day to one tape and the weekly starts a new tape. (check the help for more details)
